For you creating an Xfinity or Comcast username is not difficult, visit www.xfinity.com/getstarted or click Create Username on any login page.

Check your account by confirming some of your account information, either you are your Social Security Number (SSN) or mobile number, and gently click the Next button.

You can choose to check via SMS, but you will enter your correct mobile phone number which will be connected with your account and click Next.

You can also choose to verify using your SSN, you will input the last four digits of your account holder’s SSN, account number, and date of birth. Click Next.
